A Twitter follower let me know that there is this event going on the next three Wednesdays – called humpday fitness. It’s not just Houston, y’all – but wherever YOU are. What a great way to stay active during the week. (You know I love my mid-week runs.) You can run on the treadmill or on a favorite trail…run the distance specified on the website and send pictures along to the way to show proof
